Because every TRIGRD piece is made just for you, we’re not able to offer returns or exchanges at this time.

We know that’s not the norm—but we believe in doing things differently:

• Our print-on-demand model reduces waste and overproduction
• Every item is crafted with care and intention
• We’re building a brand that values precision, not excess

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report it within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
